By accessing or using Kiwi Citizenship ("the Platform", "we", "us") at kiwicitizenship.nz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

Kiwi Citizenship is an independently operated educational platform designed to help individuals prepare for the New Zealand citizenship process.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorised by the New Zealand Government, the Department of Internal Affairs, or Immigration New Zealand. Official citizenship test information and application procedures are available at dia.govt.nz.

All content on the Platform — including lessons, practice questions, explanations, and study guides — is provided for educational and preparation purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee any particular outcome in official citizenship tests or applications.

Question sets are based on publicly available information about the New Zealand citizenship syllabus. We cannot guarantee that the content matches the current official test verbatim.

To access certain features you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.

• Keeping your login credentials secure.

• All activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purposes.

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on the billing cycle you select. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email support@kiwicitizenship.nz within 14 days of your charge.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, lesson materials, and question sets, is owned by Kiwi Citizenship or its content contributors and is protected by copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or resell any content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial study use is permitted.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our question bank.

• Share account credentials or resell access.

• Use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law.

• Engage in any conduct that interferes with the Platform's operation.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that content is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Citizenship shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including any reliance on content, failure of any citizenship application, or loss of data.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
